GetSetUp Academy Session 1 : Become a Guide

GetSetUp Singapore is inviting adults aged 50 and above to become Guides: teachers, mentors, and hosts who turn a lifetime of experience into engaging programmes for others. Whether you are retired, still working, or simply looking for a flexible and meaningful way to keep contributing, becoming a Guide lets you teach from the comfort of home, connect with active agers across Singapore and beyond, and earn from the sessions you choose to run. What is a GetSetUp Guide? No teaching qualification is needed. What matters is a subject you know well and the warmth to share it. GetSetUp is a learning and community platform built for active agers, where people aged 50 and above learn from one another. Guides are the heart of it. They create and lead the programmes that keep the community curious and connected. As a Guide, you do more than deliver a prepared lesson. You shape your own classes, workshops, services, or recorded content around what you know and love. Your programme could focus on wellness, technology, cooking, finance, travel, art, photography, professional skills, or almost any subject that brings value to others. You can teach in English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or another language spoken by our learners, and bilingual Guides are always welcome.
