Answers to the questions we hear most
Joining a class
Once you enrol in a session, you'll receive a confirmation email with a direct join link. At the scheduled time, simply click the link and you'll be taken straight into the live class — no downloads or extra software needed for most sessions.
Catching up on a missed class
Life gets busy. That's why most of our live sessions are recorded and made available as replays in your account dashboard, usually within 24 hours of the session ending. You can watch at your own pace, as many times as you like.
Technical trouble during a live class
First, try refreshing your browser or leaving and rejoining the session — this fixes most issues instantly. If the problem continues, reach out to us directly via WhatsApp (details below) for real-time help while your class is still in progress.
