• Partner-sponsored programs (e.g., through employers, insurers, or community organizations)

2. Eligibility

To use GetSetUp:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

3. Your Use of the Platform

You agree to use GetSetUp in a way that is respectful, lawful, and aligned with community standards.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or disrupt services
• Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Record, reproduce, or distribute sessions without permission

b. In-Person Services

• Workshops, group sessions, and events at partner venues (e.g., Active Ageing Centres)

c. One-on-One (1:1) Services

• Personalized sessions such as coaching, digital assistance, or guided support

All services are designed to support learning, engagement, and wellbeing—but are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. Bookings, Attendance, and Participation

• You may book sessions through the platform or via partner programs
• Attendance may be tracked for program delivery and reporting
• You are responsible for arriving on time and participating respectfully

For in-person sessions:

• You agree to follow venue rules and facilitator instructions
• You participate at your own discretion and comfort level

6. Payments and Fees

• Some services may be free (e.g., partner-sponsored programs)
• Others may require payment (e.g., premium services or 1:1 sessions)

Where applicable:

• Fees will be clearly communicated before booking
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Refund policies will be specified at the time of booking

7. Cancellations and Changes

• Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance

For paid services:

• Refund or rescheduling policies will apply as stated at booking

8. Health, Safety, and In-Person Participation

For in-person and certain 1:1 services:

• You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during participation
• You should inform facilitators of any relevant limitations where appropriate
• You agree to follow safety guidelines and instructions

GetSetUp and its partners are not responsible for injuries or incidents except where required by law.

9. No Professional Advice

Content and services provided through GetSetUp:

• Are for educational and informational purposes only
• Do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice

You should seek qualified professionals for specific needs.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on GetSetUp, including:

• Videos, materials, and session recordings
• Platform design and features

is owned by GetSetUp or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission
• Record sessions unless explicitly allowed

11. Privacy

Your use of GetSetUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your personal data in accordance with:
